First-come, First-served policy:

  • Our administration hours of operation: Mon - Fri / 9 am to 5 pm.

  • If you need to meet with a member of management, in-person, please schedule an appointment in advance.
  •  

  • We are often busy helping other customers or in trainings and cannot meet with drop-ins.
  •  

  • Please have patience with us as we respond to your phone calls or e-mails
  •  

  • We will handle your call or e-mail in the order in which it was received.

     

  • We aim to provide each of our clients with the highest quality service, and appreciate your patience as we give the clients before you the same level of service you expect from us.
